ORDERS:

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Samples of wallpapers and fabrics are available so you can see the colors in your home prior to purchase. All our wallpapers, muralpapers and fabrics are made to order just for you and as such, we do not accept returns on wallpapers, murals, fabrics, giclees or original art. Once we receive your payment, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Upon delivery, please inspect your goods carefully for correct size, color or damage before cutting, treating or installing. Please note: Fabrics will have irregularities that are natural characteristics of the cloth and are not defects. Returns for naturally occuring irregularities will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that a mistake has been made, returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt and must be approved prior to return shipping. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

As with most custom textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against wear, stretch, shrinkage, fading or dye-lot variations

Since all our textiles are made to order and color variations between orders can occur, please make sure and order enough for your project plus overage.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom repeats and colors are available for wallpapers, fabrics and pillows. Custom orders are subject to custom up charges. Strike off (sample) fees apply. For more information, please email hello@indigohouse.com

SHIPPING - USA

All orders are shipped UPS ground. If you need your products expedited we are happy to accommodate your needs, please email us at hello@indigohouse.com for pricing and specifics. Please note: Any additional taxes or duties due on delivery for international shipments will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for lost packages once proof of delivery is generated.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to ship to our international customers! Please email hello@indigohouse.com with your item information and delivery location for specific pricing quotes. All taxes and duties required upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Technical

DYE LOTS:

Dye lots of our wallcoverings and textiles may vary slightly due to the fluctuations in the manufacturing process as well as the natural fibers of the base fabrics and papers. Since all our textiles are made to order and color variations between orders can occur, please make sure that you place your full order plus overage so that you have enough material for your project from the same dye lot.

Due to differences in the manufacturing process, wallpapers and fabrics in the same pattern and color way are not always an exact match in color and scale.

STANDARD WALLPAPER

All standard wallpaper is pre-pasted with a water activated adhesive and removable if installed without the use of additional paste. Pre-trimmed. Contains 10% post-consumer waste. Flat, non-textured face with satin-matte finish. Suitable for residential and low traffic commercial use. Available in 24” widths.

Standard 8"x8" samples are stocked and will ship out in 2-4 business days. Larger samples and custom strike-offs must be ordered and will ship out in 2-4 weeks.

Full orders have a 3-4 week lead time for production.

TEMPORARY PEEL-N-STICK WALLPAPER

Synthetic poly-blend wallcovering with a repositionable adhesive. Perfectly suited for those desiring a non-permanent installation. As long as the wall is cleaned before install, this material may be moved and re-used numerous times. Not suitable for textured walls.

Temporary Peel-n-stick wallpaper samples and custom strike-offs must be ordered and will ship out in 2-4 weeks.

Full orders have a 3-4 week lead time for production.

GRASSCLOTH PAPER WEAVE WALLPAPER

Grasscloth paper weave, non-pasted, pre-trimmed wallpaper is available by special order. Email info@indigohouse.com for information.

WALLPAPER INSTALLATION:

Professional wallpaper installation is highly recommended for all our wallpapers and muralpapers.

We will not be responsible for damage during installation.

FABRIC

55% linen, 45% natural cotton fabric with a versatile medium weight and textured feel. 54" width, 6.4 oz per square yard (215 gsm) Estimated shrinkage: 3-5% in length and 0-3% in width.

Samples that are not stocked , large samples and custom strike offs all have a lead time of 3-5 weeks. Please allow 3-5 weeks for full orders.

3 yard minimum per pattern, 1-2 yard orders will not be accepted

PILLOW COVERS:

Pillow covers have a lead time of 4-6 weeks and are made to order in any of our fabrics. Down inserts are available and are ordered separately. Please order inserts 2" larger than your ordered pillow size.
