It seems the days of one color kitchens are fading… Mixing stained and painted cabinetry and mixing metals gives interest and depth to even small and simple kitchens. This design was for a tiny kitchen in the cutest cottage of just 1,000 sqft. I will post finished photos soon… in the meantime, send me an email at hello@indigohouse.com to shop this design. Cheers!

Light & Fresh with a touch of Chartreuse
Light and fresh with a touch of chartreuse... that was the request of our sweet client wanting a custom designed wallpaper for their new laundry room. We have chatted back and forth several times and I have seen pics of her kitchen and back foyer near the laundry before helping her land on a color scheme. This weekend we decided the final colors will be a combination of greys, ochre and a sprinkling of chartreuse in a large scale design of single petal roses. So, it’s off to the post office to drop the color sheet in the mail so she can touch and feel the colors in her space. Next step is working on the composition, scale and repeat. Stay tuned!
